Greg Houston Plumbing is committed to continually improving the quality and cost effectiveness of services provided and has developed and implemented an integrated management system which complies with ISO 9001, AS 4801 and ISO 14001 standards.
Our Integrated Management System (IMS) integrates quality, workplace health & safety and environmental practices that Greg Houston Plumbing has developed and uses successfully.
Greg Houston Plumbing has our own dedicated QSE Manager to implement & monitor the IMS to ensure the Quality, Safety & Environment are at the forefront of our company’s development and future management.
This Management System uses Deming (Plan, Do, Check, Act) model as a framework to define the IMS at the Greg Houston Plumbing facility. The ISO 9001 QMS, AS 4801 WHS and ISO 14001 EMS standards define the requirements/specifications and respective elements.
Integrating ISO 9001 Quality Management System, AS 4801 Workplace Health & Safety and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System will strengthen Greg Houston Plumbing’s overall ability to meet customer and other interested party’s needs.
Also, in integrating these management systems, the value-add is in broadening the understanding of management systems, improving synergy within the Organisation, reducing duplication of efforts, and reducing administration costs.
