What is Quick Check?

Sydney Water  provides service to over four million customers. Its area of operation, totalling over 13,000 square kilometres, extends from the Hawkesbury River in the north to Gerroa in the south, and from the Pacific Ocean westward to Mount Victoria in the Blue Mountains.

In addition to providing water, sewerage and drainage facilities to its customers, Sydney Water provides information  and approval services (Ancillary Services) to customers. These products are generally required by plumbing and building industry group so that they can connect to, and work with Sydney Water's water and sewerage systems. These services are currently provided through Sydney Water's network of Quick Check Agents.

Quick Check® delivers a range of Sydney Water products to Plumbers and Builders using electronic commerce technology, through which a network of authorised Agents have access to relevant Sydney Water information and deliver products to customers and collect payment of fees, on behalf of Sydney Water.

It is expected that, in addition to Sydney Water Customer Service Centres, a network of excess of 20 (twenty) authorised Agents outlets will have access to Quick Check services.
