Section 73 Compliance Certificate |
Water & Sewer Design |
Water & Sewer Project Management |
|
Depending on the type of development, a consent authority (Local Council) may insert a condition in the development consent (DA) that the Developer obtain a Section 73 Certificate from Sydney Water. Should this be the case then the Developer will need to engage a WSC to lodge an Application for Section 73 to Sydney Water.
|
As a result of Application for a Section 73 Certificate, Sydney Water will issue via a WSC a Notice of Requirements (NOR) document. The NOR advises the Developer of requirements that must be met prior to Sydney Water issuing a Section 73 Certificate. The requirement may include Designing Sydney Water Assets. Should this be the case then our experienced Water & Sewer Designers can design a solution to meet your need and budget.

| If building
activity is proposed Over or Adjacent to Sydney Water Assets (Pipe),
then a more compressive Sydney Water Building Plan Approval process
may be required to ensure that the proposed work will not adversely
affect Sydney Waters Assets. We specialise in this process and offer fast turnaround.
|
As a result
of a BOS/BAS approval, it may be determined that the building works
are approved subject to some conditions. One possible condition or requirement could be that the foundations or piers of the building need to be inspected prior to pouring concrete to ensure that conform to the approved engineers plans regarding BOSBAS. We offer a Sydney Water inspection service to physically ensure that the piers are installed as per design and that in doing so Sydney Waters assets were not damaged. Visit our contact page or our BOSBAS page today to find out more. |
During a
BOSBAS approval it may be determined that Sydney Waters Asset may
require concrete encasing. We offer a Concrete Encasement Supervision service to ensure the works to protect Sydney Waters Asset and carried to meet the relevant standard and policies. Visit our contact page today to find out more |
